Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is processed. Shipping charges are based on the delivery method you select and the shipping weight of your order, using the most cost-effective carrier.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders with express shipping methods are prioritized and may be shipped the same day if submitted before 1 pm PST.

Weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Please use a delivery window of Monday to Friday to estimate your delivery time frame.

In the case of back-ordered items, you will receive a notification via email. Back orders will be shipped as they become available at no additional shipping charge. Customs and Brokerage Fees
For international shipments, customs departments may charge additional fees or tariffs. These fees are variable, and you should contact your country's customs department to determine if any fees will apply to claim your shipment. Femme Sensation does not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any customs or brokerage fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number at the end of the business day. If you have questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service team.

Warranty Information

We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Contact our Customer Service department at sensationfemme7@gmail.com, providing the item number, order number, and a description of the defect. If the defect is visible, please include photos showing the issue. Once the defect is validated, a replacement will be provided.

Unwanted Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Note: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and store credit will be provided for the product’s price. To initiate a return, contact Customer Service at sensationfemme7@gmail.com, providing the item number and order number. Our team will issue an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions for the return. Returns without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
